Gregg received his Bachelors of Arts Degree (Majoring in Accounting) from Michigan State University in 1988. His practice focus is consulting to small and medium market businesses as well as tax planning and preparation for businesses, individuals, estates and trusts.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA).

Diane received her Associates degree in Accounting from Davenport University. Diane’s areas of expertise include: financial statement preparation, software support, payroll preparation and processing and is in charge of billing and A/R for the Office of GFC. Diane assists Mr. Greenwood with new client set up and development. She joined GFC in 1993 and is a valuable asset to the firm and highly valued by staff and clients.
